Audrey’s
Pinot Noir
The Story: Named for the Dickson family’s beloved grandmother who was partial to a tipple and whose drop of choice was a fruity and elegant Pinot Noir. We know she would be happy to have her name on this label.
The Taste: Delicate cherry and plum
The Brae - Pinot Gris
The Story: Brae - meaning ‘hill leading down to a stream’. The Israel Family lived in a 19th century weatherboard in Melbourne called Galibrae, and by happy coincidence, bought Shoreham Brae in 2009 with Pinot Gris grapes already 10 years old.
The Taste: Complex pear and apple blossom
Sunday’s - Shiraz
The Story: Named after the Israel’s beloved brown spoodle of 15 years, frequently seen chasing birds among the vines and keeping them away from ripening fruit.
The Taste: Berry and spice with a silky, elegant finish
The Dell - Chardonnay
The Story: The Dell is our classic Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay, grown in the valley/dell of our Shoreham vineyard.
The Taste: Citrus and melon with a lovely creamy texture
Fire Pit - Gamay
The Story: The Fire Pit Gamay made in a Burgandy style is a deliciously fruity and moreish red best shared with friends and family - fireside optional!
The Taste: Cherries, plum and dried woody herbs
